Omron NB.

A robust and cost-effective option, NB screens provide native support to Omron's CX environment controllers. The NB is available in a range of sizes, making for an excellent all-in-one solution to CX products. This 3.5" screen was used for process selection, data collection, and manual control of a gas scrubbing system.

Turck TX.

Another cost-effective option, TX screens offer multi-protocol support with plenty of features including a web server. The TX series is also available in food grade and glass versions for a premium finish. This 7" example is used for process control, totalising and statistics to give our client a greater operational awareness.

PanelView.

PanelView screens are developed for use in the FactoryTalk environment, making for seamless integration to Rockwell and Logix devices. PanelViews utilise embedded Windows, allowing for a powerful and premium device. This 10" example is used for a medium sized manufacturing plant for visualisation of a Compact GuardLogix PLC.

Omron NA.

NA screens utilise Omron's SYSMAC enbironment to provide an all-in-one package for control and visualisation, working well with NX series PLCs and Omron smart devices. With capabilities in VB and rich modern features, the NA is a powerful option for medium-sized processes. This 12" version is used for our Cobot display, integrated to the Cobot via the NX PLC.

Ignition VECOW.png

Ignition Edge.

Ignition Edge can reside on any Industrial PC and utilises the Vision package to create a powerful HMI for medium-sized processes and machines. PC locality allows for tailored processing and scalability to meet demand. This 15" example is used for a medium sized plant for control, monitoring and data collection.

Igniton is a scalable package with Vision and Perspective modules available, enabling us to create screens to suit from a mobile device through to TVs and desktop monitors with 4K resolution. This example utilises a TV screen and PC to display OEE data to process workers based on integrated machine reporting.
