As machinery becomes more intelligent and commonplace, so does its capacity to be monitored and integrated into a smart and protected system to improve predictability, performance and safety. With these advances in technology has come more refined and recognised standards around machine guarding and process safety, including AS/NZS 4024, ISO-13849-1 and IEC 62061. With these come responsibilities for duty holders under HSE Act and Regulations to meet these requirements to keep personnel safe – from physical guarding to safety controllers to prevent interactions and mitigate risk.

Elements such as muting or request-to-enter become possible, in conjunction with PLC and HMI diagnostics and interaction.

    We provide full programming and integration of many safety controller brands and services in adding, upgrading or installing new and old control systems. We can also extend these services to develop PLC interlocks and HMI screens to help with troubleshooting and zone interruptions, aiding in efficiency and minimising downtime.
